Valerie opened ‘Balance’ in May 2005, with dedication to holistic wellness in the downtown Buffalo area. She has experience in both medical setting and management in the spa industry. She is licensed in New York and California in Massage Therapy, with advanced training in Cupping Therapy and Restorative Yoga. She has interest and experience in aromatherapy added to her therapies. She is an advocate and supporter for healthy living though nutrition, staying active, and consistent musculoskeletal work for prevention and stress-management.
